A Dispatch confirmation email is sent to you once we have packed and shipped your order. Included in this is email is a tracking link you can use to monitor the progression of your delivery.

Yes we do! Once you have placed your order you can meet us at our warehouse at Unit 4/5 Salisbury Road, Castle Hill, NSW, 2154. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation so we can quickly identify your order.

Unfortunately, you are unable to order an item out of stock but you are welcome to contact our office on 02 9683 7816 or email us at sales@artemisgroomingsupplies.com.au are we can put you on a wait list and notify you as soon as stock arrives!

If you have already placed your order. Please contact us right away (preferably by phone 02 9683 7816) so we can change the delivery address before it is shipped out of our warehouse.

If the order has already left our warehouse, we might be able to get the courier company to change the address but this is not guaranteed.

If the order has already been delivered to the wrong address, but the address matches what was entered on the order. It is the receivers responsibility to collect.

To track the progression of your order, you can view our dispatch confirmation email when we have packed and shipped your order from our warehouse. On this email is a tracking number link you can use to track the progression of your shipment.

If you have not yet received a dispatch confirmation email this could mean, we have not yet shipped your order. We typically ship an order within 48 hours (only business days) of receiving the order. If your order has not been shipped by then please contact our office on 02 9683 7816 or email sales@artemisgroomingsupplies.com.au and we will get this sorted out for you.

1. Firstly, look up the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email
and see if the courier has indicated they still have more of your order they
are shipping separately. The courier networks are funny in that if your order
was shipped using multiple boxes the courier network treats them as separate
shipments going to the same location and sometimes, they can arrive at
different times. Checking the courier tracking page to see if all items have
delivered will help guide you as to whether you should move on to the next
stage.

2. If the courier tracking says all items have been delivered than the
courier may have lost the carton, or we have unfortunately incorrectly packed
the order. Please contact us to resolve either of these possibilities.

It depends on your order but rest assured, we offer subsidised shipping to
make sure as much as we can, you’re paying as little as possible on freight so
you can enjoy more goodies!

Nothing is perfect and you may come across a product that is faulty, damaged on arrival or doesn't do as described.

We are happy to provide a refund, replacement or repair the product depending on what's wrong with the product.

Some products come with their own warranty and it's important to have your proof of purchases presented with it to confirm the next course of action.

It is important to know, we can only action a refund or return once the product has been returned back to us. We typically pay for this shipping back.

Swap Returns

If there is nothing wrong with the product and you simply have had a change of mind and would like to exchange the product. You are able to depending on the below criteria being met:

1. Purchase something else from of equal or greater value.

2. The original product purchased is brand new and unopened and never used.

3. Shipping paid by the customer.

4. We are notified of the desire to swap an item with 7 days of purchasing.

In the rare event we send out a wrong product in your item please leave the product unopened and unused and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order..

We will send you a prepaid shipping label to get the wrong product sent back to us and then we will send out the correct product at our expense.

On the rare occasion that you may receive a faulty product that is still within it's warranty period. Please contact us immediately so we can organise to have the product returned to our warehouse or the manufacturers warehouse to be repaired, replaced or refunded once inspected. If the product is sent directly back to us with no communication we won't be able to action anything until you contact us. It's important to make sure that you have a proof of purchase of the product to make sure it's within the warranty period otherwise we are unable to action anything further. Please include all items included in the product when returning.

Copy your discount code. Make sure not to copy any spaces on either side of the code.

You can enter your discount code either:

2. In the discount code field at the bottom of the dropdown cart on the top right of the website.

3. In the discount code field at the checkout page.
